
Insurance Billing & Payment Options

​Direct billing to insurance companies are available through the use of Sun Life, Telus Health eClaims, Provider Connect (Insurers include: GreenShield, MÉDIC Construction (GreenShield Insurance), Empire Life). This service is offered to clients as a courtesy and is not a mandatory service. If your insurance policy does not allow direct billing, this means that they will not pay the Massage Therapist directly, but they will pay you, as the insured member, directly instead.
If there are any reasons why the claim cannot submit successfully, please contact your insurance company directly. If we cannot direct bill to insurance, out-of-pocket payment must be processed after the treatment session. A receipt will be issued to you which you may submit on your own to your insurance provider. We will not have access to your health insurance policy therefore we will not know the dollar amount covered until the claim is processed. If only a portion of the treatment cost was covered by your insurance, the remaining balance dollar amount owing is due after treatment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa-Debit, AMEX, Debit Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interact Debit, Cash, e-transfer.
